“I will give thanks to you, O Lord, for though you were angry with me, your anger turned away, that you might comfort me. “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.” http://bible.us/Isa12.1.ESV

I keep getting drawn back to this verse. God is my Salvation because there is NOTHING I can do that will allow me to stand face to face with Christ. My trust, faith, hope and boldness HAS to come from my Salvation, Christ Alone. As a result this becomes my life song (thank you Casting Crowns) and the melody of my life.

What has you singing today? Is your life filled with the melody of Christ? Are you singing songs to yourself or of ourself and NOT of God? Time to check our tunes with the Word of God and make sure that we are clear in the message of our life. Salvation is of the Lord.

The Gospel must be preached.
